ANAT 20TH BIRTHDAY PROMOTION SPIN THE BOTTLE PROMOTIONAL COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. This Spin the bottle promotional competition (“Competition”) is run by Anat Falafel and Shwarma cc (“Promoter”) and is open to all persons that resident in South Africa, except the employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, Promoter’s advertising and promotion agencies, associated companies, and outlet owners, staff and their immediate families. 2. These rules may be amended by notification at any time during the Competition, and will be interpreted by the Promoter only. Participation by all entrants (“Participants”) constitutes acceptance of these rules. 3. By participating, entrants have hereby deemed to have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. 4. The Competition will run until and end at 12pm (midnight) on Sunday the 04th of December 2011. 5. The prizes are: a. 1st Prize – Apple iPad 2 b. 2nd Prize – Apple iPhone 4 c. 3rd Prize – Apple iPod d. Instant Prizes – coca cola glasses, sports bottles & shopping bags. Instant prizes will be determined by the spinning of an in store spinning wheel device. Due to the unpredictable nature of the spinning wheel, should one prize run out, then, it may be substituted by any one of the other instant prizes. 6. To enter, Participants must purchase any combo meal (consisting of a shwarma or wrap or falafel or burger or half shwarma or half falafel and chips and a cold rink) at a participating outlet to receive and complete an entry form, and deposit it in the in store entry form box (no other ways of entry into this competition will be accepted). Participants may enter as many times as they want for the main or instant-win prizes. For every purchase of a combo meal, one chance will be gained to spin the spinning bottle (instant prize) and one entry form will be given for the competition (main prize). 7. The red bottle cap at the top of the coke bottle on the spinning wheel will be regarded as the arrow that indicates whether or not an instant prize has been won. Page 2 of 2 8. Should it be determined by the owner or person in charge of the particular outlet that the red top has landed in the middle of the dividing line that separates two options, then it will be agreed by the participant to spin again. 9. The instant prizes have been supplied to Anat Falafel and Shwarma outlets and remain the responsibility of each individual outlets owner and staff for the remainder of the competition. The main prizes have been kept at Anat Head Office and will be presented to the winners on a day selected by Anat management after the competition closure date. 10. Prizes will be handed out to winners at an Anat outlet which will be selected by Anat management and communicated to winners within reasonable time. 11. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to substitute the prizes with prizes of comparable value if circumstances make this necessary. 12. The main prize/s winner/s (“Winner/s”) will be selected by a draw method within one week of the closing date and the Winner/s will be notified immediately thereafter by phone, fax or email / all instant prizes must be redeemed immediately from the participating outlet (no instant prizes will be allocated at any later date or time). 13. The prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for their cash value. 14. Promoter may make media announcements / publications of the names / photographs of Winner/s, provided that any Winner/s may expressly elect to decline this. Promoter reserves the right to carry out audits in respect of any Winner/s to verify their eligibility. 15. Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these conditions or the spirit of the promotion. 16. The decision of the Promoter is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 17. All Participants and Winners indemnify the Promoter, its associated companies (directors, officers and employees) and agents, against any / all claims for any loss or damages, whether direct, indirect, consequential or otherwise, arising from any cause whatsoever from their participation in any way howsoever in this Competition. 18.
